Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 2+ years of applicable experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in entering part numbers and equipment counts is critical.
• Ability to compose effective and clear emails.
• Demonstrated strong service orientation, understanding and helpfulness to others.

Responsibilities

• Reviews e-mail immediately upon reporting to assigned shift; prints and confirms daily orders; completes Purchase Order Log Form.
• Receives and counts received items, verifies against purchase orders, records data; packs/unpacks stock.
• Distributes supplies, materials, parts and equipment based on requests.
• Initiates orders to replenish stock and follows up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Verifies inventory computations against physical counts and supports periodic counts.
