Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of materials within the warehouse management system. The role focuses on maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and quality procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a quality, clerical, or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures at all times.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory counts to company standards.
• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving of required records.
• Verify data accuracy and support inventory processes within assigned areas.
• Report all deviations, discrepancies, or damages immediately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
• Maintain 5S standards within assigned work areas.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required.
• Support inventory processes, including year-end inventory activities.
