Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a logistics/ inventory control professional in Horsham, PA to manage daily shipping/receiving, purchase orders, and inventory integrity. The role supports field technicians, handles RMA processes, and ensures timely procurement of parts and materials.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics, are comfortable with Oracle and MS Office, and can operate safely in a high-volume environment while maintaining excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Logistics/Inventory Control.
• Capable of performing physical labor up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in a high-volume transactional environment and/or customer-facing role.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).
• Able to use customized IT applications (Oracle).
• Effective communicator with internal and external customers, staff, and management.
• Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive material daily.
• Receive purchase orders and maintain logs.
• Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals.
• Support field technicians with parts inquiries.
• Maintain transfer of materials in the ACE inventory system.
• Coordinate RMA requests and returns to vendors.
• Maintain inventory integrity and conduct cycle counts.
