Job summary

Qualifications

• One to three years' experience in Logistics/Inventory Control.
• Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in a high volume transactional environment and/or customer-facing role.
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).
• Able to master usage of Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive material daily.
• Receive purchase orders.
• Maintain shipping and receiving logs.
• Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals.
• Support field technicians with parts inquiries.
• Understand and execute procedures for receipts, issues and transfers of materials.
• Notify Project Coordinators that job cost project materials have arrived.
• Transfer of materials in ACE inventory system.
• Coordinate RMA requests, processes and credit returns.
