Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Logistics Services Coordinator to support the RMR Receiving and Inventory Team at the Elkridge, MD campuses. The role involves tracking materials, processing receipts, and coordinating deliveries with government property warehouses.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in receiving/logistics, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. Familiarity with SAP and GOLDesp is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics or similar role.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting materials.
• Receive incoming materials from customers and vendors.
• Process Material Receipts, verify documents, report discrepancies in GOLDesp.
• Coordinate deliveries and material requests with the Government Property warehouse.
• Execute process compliance during internal and external audits.
