Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Maryland is seeking a Logistics Services Coordinator to support the RMR Receiving and Inventory Team at the Troy Hill Campus for the Elkridge and Halethorpe area.

You will use computer systems to track and verify materials, receive items from customers and vendors, and process receipts while reporting discrepancies in GOLDesp. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and eligibility for a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2 years in receiving, inventory or logistics.
• Forklift license obtainable and maintained.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
• Receive incoming materials from customers and vendors.
• Process material receipts, verify documents and report discrepancies in GOLDesp.
• Coordinate deliveries and material requests with Government Property warehouse.
• Execute process compliance during audits.
