Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Logistics Services Coordinator to support the RMR Receiving and Inventory Team at the Troy Hill Campus for the Elkridge and Halethorpe, Maryland location.

The role involves using computer systems to track, receive and verify materials, process receipts, and coordinate deliveries with government warehouses, while ensuring audits and compliance are met. A high school diploma and 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, logistics or similar role
• Able to obtain and maintain a forklift operating license
• Experience and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting
• Receive incoming materials from customers and vendors
• Process Material Receipts, verifies documents, and reports discrepancies in GOLDesp
• Coordinate deliveries and material requests with the Government Property warehouse
• Execute process compliance during internal and external audits
