Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years warehouse/inventory or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, order, maintain, and distribute materials for daily operations.
• Maintain Master Inventory list and monitor territory stock levels.
• Handle daily shipping & receiving, and coordinate carrier pickups/receipts.
• Order site materials, verify packing slips, and label shipments with job data.
• Stage jobs, track fleet vehicles, and ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with teams to update material status and delivery timing.
