Responsibilities

• Check in daily incoming shipments for all vendors.
• Put away stock in correct bin locations with barcode labeling.
• Check in inter-branch shipments and update packing slips in the system.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call, shipment or delivery.
• Maintain will call stock and related paperwork for orders.
• Dispatch parts to addresses per invoices or POs.
• Process returns and pull items from stock for returns.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
• Deliver parts if no drivers are available.
