Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Material Handling Coordinator II to maintain inventory accuracy and support ERP systems in a mixed office/warehouse environment. You will execute step-by-step instructions, manage stock movements, and perform routine audits to ensure 100% digital alignment with physical stock.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of stockroom experience, with proficiency in ERP software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required, with 1–2 years of stockroom or inventory experience.
• Foundational understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control procedures, and audits.
• Hands-on computer proficiency and experience with MRP/ERP systems and MS Office to track inventory.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks following step-by-step instructions.
• Pull and verify stock using pick lists and confirm accuracy against system orders.
• Prepare or deliver stock to support active projects as needed.
• Manage ERP/inventory systems to align real-time stock with records.
• Generate and maintain documentation for transfers, variance reports, and audits.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts (weekly/quarterly/annual).
• Report and reconcile stock discrepancies to resolve variances.
• Maintain clean, safe workplace and adhere to safety practices.
