Ziply Fiber is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to ensure materials are received, inventoried, and prepared to meet project schedules. You will support deployment and network teams while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include receiving, shipping coordination, material handling, forklift operations, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills in a busy team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a warehouse, inventory, or distribution role.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse software.
• Ability to drive company vehicle and forklifts safely.
• Strong organization, time management, and safety compliance.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsabilités

• Receive inventory and compare packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain electronic inventory records and conduct physical counts.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with project managers and vendors.
• Provide dispatch support and schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Transport materials and assist with cabinet assembly per plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
