Job summary

Stephen Gould is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage receiving and shipping materials at 3PL warehouses and supplier sites. You will handle purchase orders, receipts, and scheduling to ensure supplies meet demand, working closely with buyers, schedulers, and sales teams.

The role requires experience in manufacturing environments, ERP familiarity, and strong attention to detail. You’ll report to the branch Office Manager and support ERP data entry for sales logistics.

Qualifications

3+ years in production planning/forecasting in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics or related field.
ERP system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes.

Responsibilities

Receive material into Epicor against POs.
Ensure materials are received at correct location (warehouse or supplier).
Monitor AP invoice exceptions dashboard for invoices without receipts.
Allocate and release materials for customer shipments.
Create pack slips and attach documents to ensure timely invoicing.
Monitor Release Schedule dashboard for POs and SOs.
Coordinate with 3PLs, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
