Responsibilities

• Input purchase and transfer orders into ERP systems.
• Reconcile weekly inventory for reload locations.
• Coordinate with reloads, vendors, and transportation for product, price, freight, availability, and delivery time.
• Notify inbound shipments to reloads and maintain/update purchase orders (freight, rail car info, quantities).
• Review and monitor purchase orders and transfer orders for accuracy and pricing.
• Learn and support corporate procurement functions for Supply Chain and Buyers.
