Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage warehousing operations, inventory control, and order processing within the CSB office. The role requires ensuring inventory accuracy, documenting transactions in the Perpetual Inventory system, and collaborating with installation teams to support service projects.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 3 years of material handling experience, and strong computer skills, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in material handling and inventory control.
• Experience with perpetual inventory and standard procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Document inventory transactions using Perpetual Inventory.
• Replenish truck stock and move material from trucks to the warehouse.
• Open shipments, verify parts, unpack, and forward receipts to Accounts.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety.
• Identify shelf locations and stock shelves per guidelines.
