Job summary

CACIQUE LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Amarillo, TX to manage daily warehouse activities in a food manufacturing setting. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, monitor inventory, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Must be familiar with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitors inventory levels by identifying and resolving discrepancies and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Maintains accurate records of stock movements using handheld scanning devices and updating warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ensures the production team maintains adequate supply levels on each product line.
• Ensures compliance with food safety regulations HACCP, GMP, FDA.
• Collaborates with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
