Innowave Marketing Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse, inventory, and freight operations, blending hands-on duties with administrative and inventory control. This role offers growth within a distribution and logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse/shipping, experience with NetSuite ERP/WMS, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/shipping experience.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving and shipping transactions.
• Generate shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and BOLs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory audits.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are completed accurately and on time.
