Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dependable Inventory Logistics Associate to support daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and delivery operations. The role requires comfort with warehouse tasks, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn ERP inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
• Enter information into the company’s ERP system.
• Use QuickBooks for inventory-related tasks.

• Assist with general inventory, warehouse, and logistics duties.
• Help keep materials organized and ensure orders are handled accurately and on time.

Inventory Logistics Associate

Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Employment Type: Eval Hire
Overtime: Minimal; Saturday work is very rare

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Inventory Logistics Associate to support daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and delivery operations. This position is a great fit for someone who has strong reliability, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse/logistics environment, using inventory software, and making occasional deliveries in a company-provided truck with a trailer.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment

• Coordinate and schedule materials as needed

• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records

• Enter information into the company's ERP system

• Use QuickBooks for inventory-related tasks

• Make occasional deliveries using a company Ford F-150 and trailer

• Assist with general inventory, warehouse, and logistics duties

• Help keep materials organized and ensure orders are handled accurately and on time

Driving Responsibilities

This position includes occasional company-paid driving:

• Camarillo approximately once per week

• San Diego and Long Beach approximately once per month

• Company vehicle provided: Ford F-150 with trailer

• Must be comfortable and capable of safely driving a pickup truck while towing a trailer

• A driving record check is required
