Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Admin Clerk to organize and control all documentation at the docks, ensure timely ERP/WMS data entry, and maintain inventory accuracy on the shop floor and freezer areas. The role supports the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor and the Finance team to ensure on-time, compliant shipping and receiving.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations required.
• Strong knowledge with WMS/ERP systems (Sage preferred), scanning, and PIT operation and training.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, internal material movement, and shipping across two locations, while ensuring ERP data entry on time.
• Lead cycles counts and inventory audits; assist with count execution.
• Train and coach team members on WMS/ERP and ScanForce.
