Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to guide daily warehouse activities, oversee shipping and receiving, and ensure inventory accuracy.

You will use WMS/ERP systems, lead a safety‑driven team, train staff on FIFO and cycle counts, and coordinate with production and transportation to keep materials moving. The role offers training, advancement opportunities, and a collaborative, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, and receiving.
• Experience using WMS or ERP systems; Sage preferred.
• Forklift/PIT operating experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory, staging, and logistics.
• Use WMS/ERP systems to keep accurate records.
• Assign tasks, coordinate dock activity, and prioritize workflow.
• Support cycle counts, audits, FIFO, labeling, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production and transportation for timely material movement.
• Coach team on safety and operational efficiency.
