Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Inventory Team Lead to oversee the Inventory Team and safeguard the Perpetual Inventory Program. You will drive on-time delivery of a quality product, lead 5S and Lean initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.

This role develops future leaders, participates in evaluations, manages WIP and reports, and collaborates with the Inventory Control Leader to improve division metrics.

Qualifications

• Leads inventory team while adhering to 5S, Lean and safety policies.
• Demonstrates ability to monitor and improve inventory processes.
• Promotes data-driven decision making and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory team complies with safety protocol.
• Monitors WIP, Error Log, Exception, and runs weekly inventory reports.
• Participates in evaluations and ensures policies are followed fairly.
• Assists with conflict resolution when needed.
• Provides data to the Inventory Control Leader for Division Metrics.
