Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a skilled leader to oversee the Inventory Team and safeguard the Perpetual Inventory Program, ensuring on-time delivery of quality products.

You will conduct physical inventories with the Inventory Control Leader, enforce 5S, Lean, and safety policies, and drive continuous improvement across processes and team members. Responsibilities include leading the team, promoting Lippert's core values, and developing future leaders while adhering to company policies

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• 1-3 years of Inventory Control Experience.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Inventory Team and ensure the integrity of the Perpetual Inventory Program.
• Plan and conduct Physical Inventory with Inventory Control Leader.
• Lead 5S and Lean initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure audits and counts are completed and variance analyzed to find root causes.
• Provide data to the Inventory Control Leader for division metrics.
