Job summary

Chick-fil-A Medina is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to help ensure accurate inventory levels, support restaurant profitability, and maintain availability of ingredients and supplies to serve great-tasting food.

You will work closely with Back of House leadership to conduct weekly and monthly counts, identify discrepancies, and improve inventory practices while staying organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Inventory Coordinator to help ensure accurate inventory levels, support restaurant profitability, and maintain the availability of the ingredients and supplies needed to serve great-tasting food to our guests.

This is an active, operations-focused position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and taking ownership of the details that help a restaurant run smoothly. You will work closely with our Back of House leadership team to maintain organized inventory, complete accurate counts, and identify opportunities to improve inventory practices.

Availability: AM shift, with availability between 5:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Must be available Fridays and Saturdays.

Work Style: Approximately 95% hands-on operational work and 5% administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Organization

• Maintain organized inventory areas with proper labeling, placement, and storage practices.
• Support accurate inventory levels to promote food quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Keep inventory information updated in Chick-fil-A Ordering system
• Conduct weekly inventory counts, two additional monthly counts, and end-of-month inventory counts.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership.

Reporting & Accountability

• Complete weekly inventory activity reports and weekly count reports.
• Identify and monitor three key inventory items each week.
• Track missing quantities and help maintain inventory accuracy.Follow established inventory procedures and take ownership of accurate, timely reporting.

Teamwork & Operational Excellence

• Partner with Back of House leaders to support daily restaurant operations.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A Medina’s vision, mission, and core values.
• Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Help create a clean, organized, and efficient environment that supports our team and the guest experience.
