Job summary

Chick-fil-A Medina is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to help ensure accurate inventory levels, support restaurant profitability, and maintain availability of ingredients and supplies to serve great-tasting food.

You will work closely with Back of House leadership to conduct weekly and monthly counts, identify discrepancies, and improve inventory practices while staying organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized inventory areas with proper labeling and storage.
• Support accurate inventory levels to promote quality and profitability.
• Keep inventory information updated in Chick-fil-A Ordering system.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts, plus two monthly and end-of-month counts.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership.
• Complete weekly inventory activity and count reports.
• Monitor three key inventory items weekly and resolve missing quantities.
