Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist-Inventory (A-Shift M-F 7:30AM-4PM) to lead a team responsible for daily picking, receiving, cycle counting and returns, while ensuring accuracy and SLA/KPI targets.

You will mentor inventory associates, manage workflow across shifts, and collaborate with other departments to maintain inventory integrity and safety compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of associates.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of inventory associates, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Oversee picking, receiving, cycle counting, and returns processes.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Train and onboard new associates on processes, systems, and SOPs.
• Communicate updates and performance to the Inventory Manager.
