Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Tulsa is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist, Inventory. The role focuses on operating MHE to move, locate, and count inventory, with data entry for receipts, shipments, and inventory maintenance.

As part of the team, you will support supervisors, ensure safety and quality standards, and help manage daily inventory tasks, audits, and reporting while maintaining clean and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Delegating work and responsibility to subordinates.
• Oversee scheduled shifts and evaluate the performance of inventory staff.
• Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical count and perpetual record.
• Audit the daily error report and make corrections as necessary.
• Generate monthly data from WMS reports indicating totals of cycle count variances.
• Report miscellaneous receipts and issues and take corrective action as appropriate.
• Distribute leadership for Physical Inventory.
• Transmit emails to DSV representatives and clients when required; write corrective/preventive actions and reports.
