Job summary

DSV Fort Wayne is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist for Inventory on the B-Shift (M-F, 10:30 AM–7 PM). You will lead a team, ensure accurate daily tasks, and drive performance against SLA and KPI targets in a busy warehouse environment.

You will oversee picking, receiving, cycle counting, and returns, while training new associates and coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency. Physical work and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of associates.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and solutions oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working across shifts and collaborating with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of inventory associates, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Oversee picking, receiving, cycle counting, and returns processes.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Train and onboard new associates on processes and systems.
