Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using SAP for inventory transactions and recordkeeping, required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Cherry Picker forklift operating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Accuracy: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse.
• Perform and coordinate daily cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with identifying and resolving root causes.
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, locations, and inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions using SAP.
• Assist with locating missing inventory and resolving stock shortages or overages.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized in designated warehouse locations.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy to support production schedules, customer orders, and shipping requirements.
