Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience in warehouse environments.
• Minimum 2 years of Cherry Picker/Order Picker operating experience required.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating daily inventory activities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities to ensure accurate records and efficient warehouse operations.
• Assign tasks, provide direction, and support team members to meet daily goals.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker safely to locate, count, retrieve, and verify inventory.
• Train and coach team on inventory procedures, safety, and warehouse processes.
• Maintain proper labeling, storage, and documentation of inventory movements.
