Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
• Prefer previous experience as a shift lead or customer service associate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead on duty to resolve issues and coach team on service best practices.
• Handle inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination.
• Process POS transactions, returns, refunds, and pricing updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandised presentation.
• Support pharmacy inventory under pharmacist supervision.
