Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a store associate to execute inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy. You will assist with receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy, while ensuring on-shelf availability and proper POS handling.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Training and compliance with SOPs are integral to daily duties in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail work experience or Walgreens internal experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Ensure on-shelf availability, correct pricing, planogram accuracy, and vendor/DSD returns.
• Open/close the store in designated shifts; perform cash handling and POS duties when on duty.
