Job summary

Wonder Swedesboro is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead daily inventory control and cycle counts in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse setting. You will ensure accurate storage, labeling, scanning, and FIFO rotation across production and warehouse areas, while coordinating with teams to maintain real-time visibility.

The role focuses on reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Oversee cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and physical inventory counts.
• Maintain FIFO and accurate storage, labeling, scanning across warehouse and production areas.
• Investigate discrepancies, shortages, shrink, damage, and waste; coordinate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory control operations including cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and physical inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, labeling, scanning, staging, and FIFO rotation across areas.
• Support inbound receiving, outbound shipment verification, inventory adjustments, and product holds.
• Train and coach associates on inventory procedures and scanning requirements.
