Job summary

Wyld seeks an Inventory Lead in Colorado to manage state-mandated tracking systems (METRC) and internal inventories. You will supervise inventory before and after packaging, coordinate with sales, and train Inventory Specialists.

This is a fast-paced role requiring accuracy and flexibility. Responsibilities include labeling, audits, transfers, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized inventory vault.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment with a fast pace and high sense of urgency.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory control based on company standards and state regulations.
• Document and enter all inventory into METRC, or other state tracking system
• Clearly label all inventory
• Perform daily audits of physical inventory
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning
• Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
• Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, and coordinate intake/outtake with sales reps
• Receive inventory and document entries in tracking systems
• Coordinate flow of raw materials through the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory vault and safe working environment
• Batch testing scheduling and uploading results
• Communicate information and respond to questions from across the company
• Report damaged or unsatisfactory product and discrepancies in quantities/quality
• Assist training of Inventory employees and planning work
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Other duties may be assigned
