The Inventory Lead is responsible for accurate documentation and tracking of all product inventory state-mandated inventory tracking systems (METRC, or the state equivalent) as well as all internal tracking systems. In addition, the Inventory Lead manages inventory before and after packaging, testing and sales fulfillment. They will facilitate and assist with all sale transactions including being a point of contact for our company sales representatives. Responsible for training and coaching Inventory Specialists in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
