Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to manage day-to-day inventory, receipts, and product flow for our fast-paced cannabis retail.

You will supervise inventory staff, ensure FIFO rotation, and coordinate with the Inventory Manager to optimize stock and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3+ years in inventory management in a high-volume environment, with strong METRC/POS experience and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inventory management in high-volume retail.
• Able to input and access data in METRC and POS systems.
• Hands-on, proactive management style.
• Familiar with local/state cannabis laws and BCC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule Inventory Specialists.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and freshness of inventory.
• Maintain METRC and POS data accuracy.
