Job summary

Forgent Power is seeking an Inventory Lead to oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate records and efficient material flow. You will lead cycle counts, audits, receiving verification, and inventory transactions while coordinating with warehousing, purchasing, production, and logistics teams to support operations.

The role is hourly with typical hours Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:30p, and additional hours as needed based on workload.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and cycle counting.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Excel reporting.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accurate records and efficient material flow.
• Lead cycle counting, audits, receiving verification and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate inventory movements between locations and departments.
• Provide daily direction to inventory staff and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
