Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Lead for our Las Vegas dispensary to support the Inventory Manager and staff in maintaining accurate inventory controls. You will supervise cycle counts, assist with stock levels, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis policies.
• Must meet age requirement per state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Able to accommodate varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• 1-3 years of inventory, logistics and/or cannabis retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory accuracy through managing stock levels, variances, storage, and menu updates and consumption.
• Perform inventory counts, weekly audits, and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas of the facility.
• Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing.
• Report irregularities to the Inventory Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure menus are up to date and accurate (digital and physical).
• Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements.
• Ensure product is stocked on the sales floor and ready for purchase.
• Communicate variance issues to Inventory Supervisor/Manager.
