  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams in an operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory positioning, and product movement to support customer demand and production requirements.

  • Maintain and improve inventory system data, including lead times, network changes, forecasting inputs, and product introductions.
  • Analyze inventory trends, forecasts, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are understood and followed by team members and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment while supporting employee development.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for inventory management, warehouse activities, and the flow of finished goods across the supply chain. You'll help ensure products are available when and where they are needed by coordinating with production, logistics, transportation, and planning teams while supporting continuous operational improvement.

Your Background
