Job summary

MiTek Industries is seeking a detailed Inventory Control/Materials Associate to manage production labels, track inventory, and support material visibility across the facility. You will operate Zebra printers, RF scanners, and SAP/ERP systems to ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and inventory accuracy.

The role requires cycle counts, reconciliation, and collaboration with multiple teams to maintain records and support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing support preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• RF scanner experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating Zebra printers and barcode labeling systems preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Print and manage production labels using Zebra printers and barcode software.
• Process inventory transactions and material movements in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Operate RF scanners to track inventory and material movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate shortages.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Purchasing, and Planning teams.
• Troubleshoot basic printer, scanner, and system issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and records.
• Support physical inventories and audits.
