Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory/Stockroom Specialist to lead material control efforts under minimal supervision. The role focuses on accurate SAP entries, RTS, receiving, and cycle counting to keep production flowing and variances in check.

Responsibilities include validating shipments, managing stockrooms with RF scanners, and coordinating with Production Control and Materials teams to minimize shortages and support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP-based inventory management and receiving.
• Ability to follow ISO procedures and documentation.
• Strong numerical and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom/RTS: Put material away in stockrooms using RF scanners in SAP and verify the transaction.
• Counting and reconciliation: Cycle counts and material variance reconciliation.
• Receiving and shipping: Validate packing counts, receipts, and bill of lading for deliveries.
• Material flow: Maintain organization of Kanban and ensure accurate ERP updates.
