Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to support receiving and material flow in a fast-paced production environment. You will verify shipments, process inventory transactions in the ERP system, label and route materials, and help with stockroom and production-support activities.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to read orders and packing slips, and a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word are required.
• Comfort learning inventory, receiving, and ERP systems.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, labels and work instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to identify damaged or incorrect materials.
• Clear communication, reliability, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience in receiving, warehousing, stockroom, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to safely use material-handling equipment after required training.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and documentation.
• Match materials to PO, packing slips, and delivery records.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Process receiving transactions and update ERP records.
• Label and route materials to inspection, stockroom, production, or storage.
• Move, store, issue, and stage materials as needed.
• Support kitting, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Use barcode scanners and MS Office in daily tasks.
• Follow quality, safety, and material-control procedures.
