Job summary

OPTIMIZED LOGISTICS LLC is seeking manufacturing-support personnel in the Dallas area. The role emphasizes safety, standard work, and quick on-the-job training for various tasks including material handling, RFID labeling, and pallet processing.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working as part of a team in a manufacturing environment with PPE requirements and strict safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience or ability to learn via on-the-job training.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team.
• Basic computer/scanner use for RFID, labeling, and traceability tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform material handling per standard work, safety requirements, and supervisor direction.
• Falcon Project: install GPS tracking units, insert RFID tags, and apply barcode labels as required.
• Labeling/RFID Station: insert RFID tags and verify labeling and RFID encoding accuracy.
• Quality support: visually inspect pallets and scan pallets in the system.
• Shredder/Grinder: operate equipment safely and process pallets and parts per procedures.
• Rejected Pallet Teardown: remove and recover materials from pallets and segregate recovered items.
• Move and organize production materials and maintain work areas per 5S.
• Complete required production, material, quality, or traceability records accurately.
• Maintain housekeeping and PPE compliance.
