Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on data entry, invoicing, and coordinating with Accounts Payable to reconcile customer accounts.

You will draft communications for past due accounts and assist with daily AP operations while supporting inventory counts and parts ordering. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry aptitude with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Clear communication and people skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Solid computer skills and basic software literacy.
• Invoicing experience or finance exposure is a plus.
• Experience interfacing with customers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices according to company practices.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to reconcile customer accounts.
• Generate reports on current status of customer projects.
• Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and collections; contact delinquent accounts to request payments.
• Assist Accounts Payable Administrator with daily operations.
• Assist with sourcing and ordering parts to support customers and company needs.
• Support inventory counts and reconciliation and perform other clerical tasks.
