Job summary

Cat5 Resources, LLC seeks an Inventory and Invoice Specialist to support telecom operations. You will ensure accurate inventory, approve vendor invoices, and quote/order parts using CORE for field technicians.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in inventory or invoicing, forklift experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits in a safety-focused warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or supply chain education preferred.
• 2+ years in inventory management, invoice processing, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP/inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
• Forklift certification highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with technicians, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and approve vendor invoices for parts and telecom components.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery records in CORE.
• Investigate pricing or quantity discrepancies with suppliers.
• Process invoices to maintain vendor relationships and continuity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Provide warehouse support including receiving, packing, staging.
• Generate quotes and assist with CORE-based ordering.
