Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage asset tracking and logistics across our data center locations. This onsite role requires meticulous record-keeping, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to optimize utilization.

You will conduct audits, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate shipments, and report findings to management. Travel to data center sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to travel to data center locations.

Responsibilities

• Asset Tracking: Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and other IT assets within the data center region.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure their storage and distribution.
• Audits: Conduct ongoing audits of the asset inventory and update records.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with operations to allocate resources efficiently.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide reports.
• Technology Skills: Utilize inventory management software to maintain records.
• Communication: Liaise with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance.
• Problem Solving: Resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Travel: Be willing to travel to support audits at various data centers.
