Job summary
Parts Town Fulfillment Center in Illinois is seeking an Overage Shortage & Damage Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and guarantee the right parts are in stock when customers need them.
You will collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, control damaged parts, and verify correct part identification throughout the fulfillment process.

Qualifications
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm with possible Saturdays.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage overages, shortages, or damaged shipments in the Fulfillment Center.
- Update inventory and purchase order information in internal systems.
- determine actions for inbound inventory discrepancies.
- Handle escalated discrepancies in parts identification from Receiving.
