Job summary

Parts Town in Arizona is hiring an OSD Material Handler in our distribution center. You will maintain inventory accuracy, manage the OSD rack, and ensure parts are located and processed quickly to meet customer needs.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, comfort with forklifts, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organization. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a culture that values safety, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with warehouse vehicles such as forklifts or reach trucks is a plus.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle overages, shortages, or damaged shipments in the Distribution Center to ensure parts are located and unlocated accurately for tracking purposes and processing.
• Receive, scrap, or return product based on the resolution note provided by the OSD team.
• Assist the OSD team by pulling OSD as needed for inspection/documentation purposes. You may also be asked to provide necessary documentation.
• Work closely with the OSD team to improve handling processes and location layouts.

The Job at a Glance

As the OSD Material Handler, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our inventory to ensure we have the parts our customers need when they need them. You will manage our OSD rack to ensure issues are going in and coming out in a timely manner.

A Typical Day

• Handle overages, shortages, or damaged shipments in the Distribution Center to ensure parts are located and unlocated accurately for tracking purposes and processing.
• Receive, scrap, or return product based on the resolution note provided by the OSD team.
• Assist the OSD team by pulling OSD as needed for inspection/documentation purposes. You may also be asked to provide necessary documentation.
• Worl closely with the OSD team to improve handling processes and location layouts.
• Perform OSD location audits as time allows
• Other duties assigned

To Land This Opportunity

• You can work one of the following shifts: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and are able to work Saturday as needed
• If you have experience working with manufacturers, it’s a plus!
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• You have experience with, or are willing to learn how to operate, warehouse vehicles such as forklifts, reach trucks, and similar equipment.
• You possess strong decision- making and problem-solving skills.
• You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You can stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $37,893.45 — $46,314.21 annually ($18.21 — $22.26 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
