Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory with the system, and manage returns with vendors. The role supports warehouse operations in Chantilly, VA, with in-person work expectations.

The position requires at least a two-year degree or equivalent experience and warehouse distribution background. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year business/trade degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient in English communication (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

• Completes cycle counts and compares inventory to system records.
• Maintains shelves and locations.
• Verifies counts against physical inventory and completes inventory adjustments.
• Investigates and reports reasons for inventory discrepancies.
• Receives, unpacks and stocks materials.
• Handles Return Goods Authorization (RGA) with vendors.
