Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Inventory Associate in Brooklyn Park, MN to maintain inventory accuracy across receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. You will conduct audits, cycle counts, and adjustments to support efficient warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, familiarity with warehouse systems and RF technology, and a willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory research and reconciliation.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform order adjustments, repicks, transfers, and quantity corrections to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and resolve allocation, receiving, stocking, and inventory discrepancies in WMS.
• Research and correct item numbers, locations, and keying errors by comparing physical vs system inventory.
• Conduct daily audits of outbound parcels and inbound license plates to verify inventory.
• Perform cycle counts, monthly inventories, and related audits following inventory control procedures.
• Communicate discrepancies and repair needs to leadership teams; manage resets and recalls.
