Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Minnesota to support inbound, outbound, returns and acquisitions within the distribution center. The role emphasizes accuracy, productivity, and safety while using RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS technology.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, process shipments, and maintain organized work areas. Experience with warehouse systems is valued; Premiums may apply in special circumstances.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return according to O’Reilly policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other warehouse technology as required.
• Properly store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking systems, and reserve storage areas.
