Job summary

UNIS is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate, traceable, and audit-ready stock for our 3PL operations. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile records with the WMS to support efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of WMS, RF scanning, cycle counting, and inventory research.
• Understanding FIFO/FEFO, lot/serial tracking, inventory status, and customer requirements.
• Proficient with Excel, warehouse reports, mobile devices, dashboards, and Teams.
• Willingness to overtime, weekends, or after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, location audits, recounts, and item/lot/serial validations.
• Reconcile physical inventory with WMS records and document adjustments.
• Investigate variances across receiving, picking, replenishment, and movements.
• Validate FIFO/FEFO and inventory status; maintain audit-ready records.
• Partner with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent repeat errors.
